The health grotto is situated 50 metres below the surface of the earth in the Atta cave. The fascinating silence of the grotto, the fantastic play of light and the furnishing with recliners invite you to rest and recover. This unique atmosphere ensures relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Better health from pure cave air
The completely dust, germ, allergen and ozone-free air of the Atta cave, with 95% humidity and a constant temperature of 9°C, has an invigorating effect and deepens the breathing. This relieves the whole body of stress and strengthens it, so that it will heal itself.
Boulders, rock walls and hairs-breadth cracks in the rock function below ground as a large natural filter and humidify the air penetrating at the earth´s surface. The natural stone filter makes the air of the Atta cave extremely pure – even purer than that by the sea or on high mountains.
